Peristaltic Pump Tubings

SPS specializes in small bore extrusions designed specifically for the peristaltic pump. Offered in a range of materials: PVC, Silicone, Santoprene ®, Viton ®, Solva , Tygon allowing chemists to be able to pump a large range of chemicals.

Peristaltic Pump Tubing is available in 2 bridge and 3 bridge color coded.

Material Selection

PVC
PVC is an economical high performance material with great versatility for a wide range of uses. The second most widely used plastic, after Polyethylene. PVC exhibit moderate chemical resistance. It can be made soft, flexible or rigid. Industry sectors include laboratory, medical, transportation, building and packaging.

Silicone
Silicone is a flexible long life translucent material with good chemical and environmental resistance. Silicone has very good electrical resistance characteristics.

Santoprene ®
Flexible tough opaque, beige and black thermoplastic rubber with very good abrasion, heat, UV and ozone resistance. Industry sectors include medical, laboratory, automotive, construction, electrical and fluid delivery processes.

Viton ®
Viton has excellent physical and chemical resistance characteristics. Viton is Ideal for use in corrosives, solvents, and oils at elevated temperature. Temperature Range is from -32 to 205°C.

Solva
A flexible translucent yellow PVC based compound modified to achieve excellent oils and fuel resistance while maintaining pumping performance. Solva is particularly resistant to petrol and kerosene and many aromatic hydrocarbons.

Tygon®
Tygon pump tubing R3607 is inexpensive all-round tubing for general laboratory applications. R3607 is transparent & resistant to almost all inorganic chemicals. It does not age, has high dielectric constant & low gas permeability with smooth inner surface.

Tygon HC F-4040-A is a special tubing for hydrocarbons, petroleum products and distillates. It is specially formulated to transport hydrocarbons, petroleum products and distillates. It is also ideal for gasoline, kerosene, heating oils, cutting liquids and coolants based on glycols.
