Policy and Procedures
Payment Terms and Billing:
Net 30 Days for established customer. All shipping charges, insurances
and handling charges are prepaid and added as a separate charge to invoices.
Shipping Method:
All stock items are usually shipped within 24 hours of actual receipt
of the order . All International Shipments are shipped via Federal Express
International Priority by default.
General Terms and Conditions:
SPS reserves the right to change product specifications, packaging, design
or prices without notice. We accept no liability for changes made without
notice.
Scientific Procurement (S) Pte Ltd (SPS) will not be liable for any incidental,
consequential or compensatory damages arising from use of, or in conjunction
with its products. The maximum liability for breach of warranty shall
be the invoice price of said products (s).
No other warranty or representation is expressed or implied by SPS for
its products with respect to merchantability, fitness for any particular
use or purpose, or any other matter.
All product returns must be pre-authorized by SPS. Return items will
be inspected and may be subjected to a restocking charge. Returned items
must have been purchased directly from SPS. Non-returnable items include
custom orders and items with shelf lives.
Damaged, incorrect or incomplete shipments must be reported within 3
days of receipt of items.
